Kirk and Terry have been friends since high school and the “mortgage team” began in 1995 at Prudential Home Mortgage. They made a move to Home Mortgage Consultants in 1999 as mortgage brokers and continued their team approach there. This “team effort” has allowed them to provide superior service to their customers with a “2 for 1” concept that out-performs the competition! Kirk, a veteran of the US Army and the Minnesota National Guard, was deployed multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Terry stepped up and always continued to “man the fort” while serving their clients with the same level of professional service. Kirk later worked as an IC throughout Central & South America, and in Afghanistan. Their 25+ years in the mortgage industry, as well as unique understanding of military and the IC world, allows them to provide the best possible mortgage options for all your needs.
